1. Overview

Thank you for shopping with E-Zee. We are committed to delivering your sunscreen applicator tools and sunscreen products safely and promptly. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


Please note:

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) may not be processed until the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods (e.g., summer, promotional sales), processing times may extend to 5 business days.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.


Important notices for international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.
  • Some products may be subject to import restrictions. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
  • We are not responsible for packages held or refused by customs.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.


6. Undeliverable & Lost Packages

6.1 Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • The address provided was incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The package was refused at delivery.


If your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours and your building's mailroom or reception.
  • Allow 2 additional business days — packages sometimes show as delivered before they arrive.
  • Contact your local post office or courier with your tracking number.
  • Contact us at hello@e-zee.com.au if the issue is unresolved after 5 business days.


E-Zee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue wherever possible.


9. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the damage.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.


We will assess each claim individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. But please note every order is hand packed in Brisbane so as much quality checking as possible is done before an order is sent out the door.


10. Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us at hello@e-zee.com.au. We can accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.


11. Public Holidays & Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude Australian public holidays. Orders placed on or around public holidays may experience delays. We will communicate any expected delays on our website and social media channels.
